Crate & Barrel Second Release

This second release with Crate & Barrel reflects both continuity and growth—an evolution shaped quietly over time. The work originated as part of my Tapestry collection, a series of sepia-toned paintings on loose canvas, rooted in softness, memory, and restraint.

Painted originally for my studio during an early season of motherhood, the piece was created without an intended destination—made in a period of steadier rhythms and focused studio time.

Its transformation into a reproduction, thoughtfully framed and released nationwide, carries a sense of unfolding rather than arrival.

The sepia palette and textile-like surface lend the work a feeling of age and familiarity, as though it has already been lived with. What began as something personal now exists within shared spaces, carrying forward the same stillness and intimacy that shaped its making.
