3. If the artwork appears publicly (e.g. social media, portfolios, blogs, or publications), credit must be given to: Tessa Brown Art.

4. Copyright remains with the artist. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the artwork.

5. License is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
